In case you receive a product you wish to return or exchange for another one, you can do so only if the product has been unopened, untouched and unused by contacting our webshop via email@example.com.
In case you receive a product that is damaged, we advise you not to accept it. The delivery service will then return the product to BASIC botanicals. A damaged product means the box is torn or the product has been used. In case you do accept the damaged product, we kindly ask you to fill out the form (XX) and attach the photos describing the damage along with the receipt from your purchase. You can do so in 7 days of receiving the product and we will send you another one.
